Bendel Dynamos and Bayelsa were crowned champions as the National Division One Handball League drew to a close on Saturday in Benin City, Edo State.
Host, Bendel Dynamos topped the Men Category log as they easily defeated Idah Pillars 33-20 to confirm their promotion to the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League and to lift the trophy as champion in front of their teeming fans.
Correction Boys are back to the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League after they defeated Confluence Kings 33-20. The result took them to second position in the men category.
In the Women Category, Delta Force upstage Abia Valliants to get promotion into the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League as they defeated MindScope Academy 28-19.
Bayelsa Queens, after winning all their matches, were crowned champions of the Women Category and got promotion back into the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League.
