Benin City, Edo State is set up to be light up with the best of handballing experience as host of the National Division One League which will hold from July 22 to 29th 2023.

Just about two weeks after the successful staging of the phase 1 of Ardova Handball Premier League, Edo State, who are proud sponsor of the National Division One League, will welcome teams who are eager to earn promotion into the top tier league.

Secretary General of the Handball Federation of Nigeria (HFN) Mr. Almu Umar Lambu in a statement, said the teams are expected to arrive Benin City on July 22nd while hostilities will begin the next day through to July 28th while the departures is on the July 29th.

He urged all teams to ensure they complete all their registrations ahead of the competition while also wishing them journey mercies to Benin City

The top two teams in the men and women categories will get promoted to the Ardova Handball Premier League 2024 respectively.
