Habeeb Obayomi won the medal for Team Nasarawa in the Male 57kg Category after losing 2-3 in split decision to his Delta State counterpart, Wahab Tobiloba in the final.

This brings to five, the total number of Silver Medals so far won by Team Nasarawa, and sixteen overall at the ongoing National Sports Festival in Asaba, Delta State.

As at press time, Nasarawa was in 24th position with three silver and 10 bronze medals.
