The Economic and Financial Crimes Control, EFCC Football Club zoom into the final of this year’s FCT Federation Cup.
Joshua Egaji scored the only goal for the Coach Kabiru Sani-led side against Hypebuzz Football Club of Abuja to get to the final on Tuesday.
Although, the HB FC gave good account of themselves but the Nigeria National League, NNL side got a goal in the first half and used their experience to ensure they qualify for the final.
With the result, EFCC FC will be one of the two teams that will represent the Federal Capital Territory, FCT in the Aiteo Federation Cup later in the year.
Recall that EFCC defeated Capital City by 2-1 in the quarter final to get to the semi-final.
Meanwhile, the second semi-final match will be played on Wednesday between Mailantarki Football Club and Family Worship Club, FWC to also determine the second team that will join EFCC as representative in the Aiteo Federation Cup.
