Ibom Angels Football Club of Uyo will today battle FC Robo Queens at the training pitch of the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium
Prior to today’s clash, the Orange Ladies had played three matches, one at home, which ended in victory for the team and two losses away in Yola and Makurdi with a goal deficit of five.
Orange Ladies are in Group B of the abridged Nigerian Women Football League with six other clubs, and they currently lie 5th on the log.
Match week 4 with FC Robo today according to the team is a ‘must win’ to further strengthen the team’s hope of qualification for the super six at the end of the regular season.
FC Robo have lost two of their games and drew one the recent was a 2-1 loss on their home ground to Edo Queens FC.
Meanwhile, for Ibom Angels, after today’s clash, the next match will be on Wednesday 4th January, 2023, against Edo Queens FC.
